Welcome to AutoCSI. By accessing or using our website, services, or SMS communications, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • "AutoCSI", “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the business entity AutoCSI LLC.

  • "You" or “Client” refers to any user, dealership, or authorized representative accessing AutoCSI services.

  • "Services" refers to our AI-powered SMS and email marketing automation, including the Revive & Drive AI Suite (Lost Lead Reboot, Equity Miner, Dealer Pipeline, In-Market Intel™).

2. Use of Services

You agree to use AutoCSI services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable automotive marketing, privacy, and A2P 10DLC messaging laws. Misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact information and dealership data

  • Ensuring your CRM or DMS system is legally integrated with our platform

  • Complying with applicable local, state, and federal regulations regarding customer outreach

3. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing a mobile number and opting into our services, you consent to receive automated or AI-generated text messages related to vehicle sales, service offers, and appointment scheduling.

Message Frequency: Varies by campaign and dealership activity.
Opt-Out: Text STOP at any time to cancel.
Help: Text HELP for support.
Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply.

You warrant that:

  • The phone numbers provided are accurate and owned by consenting individuals.

  • You will not upload or transmit unsolicited SMS content without customer consent.

4. Fees and Billing

AutoCSI prices may change so please see website.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and intellectual property developed by AutoCSI—including AI scripts, workflows, dashboards, and marketing assets—remain the sole property of AutoCSI.

Clients are granted a non-transferable, limited license to use the platform and outputs for internal dealership purposes only. You may not reproduce, sell, or reverse-engineer any portion of our services.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public, proprietary, or sensitive data exchanged during the use of AutoCSI services, including customer lists, scripts, pricing models, and performance results.

This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Any unpaid fees will become immediately due

  • Access to the platform and any AI services will be revoked

  • Data export may be requested in writing within 15 days of termination

AutoCSI reserves the right to terminate or suspend services immediately for any violation of these Terms, abuse of the system, or non-payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoCSI is not liable for:

  • Loss of profits, sales, or goodwill

  • Damages caused by incorrect dealer-provided data or third-party CRM integrations

  • Delays or delivery failures due to mobile carriers or service outages

Our liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid in the previous 90 days.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AutoCSI, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your:

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Use of our SMS platform without proper consumer consent

  • Violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kaufman County, TX.

11. Changes to These Terms

AutoCSI reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance. Updated terms will always be posted on this page.
